Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • create requisitions and purchase orders, and see that invoices are submitted and paid on time.
  • own logistics for training courses
  • Following specific instructions, set up phones, iPads, and laptops (~10% of time)
  • set up training courses in a learning management system
  • manipulate data in Google sheets (or Excel sheets)
  • strong G-Suite skills - slides, sheets, and doc. (Microsoft suite skills would do)
  • has an affinity for technology - comfortable handling hardware - iPads, VR headsets, etc - and upgrading software.
  • Feels comfortable and has experience in an operations role
  • Is resourceful and can operate independently relative to interactions with Vendors
