Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Work with the Supply Chain and Engineering/Project Management team to facilitate the execution of equipment projects.
  • This includes all areas of customer service, supply chain and logistics.
  • Customer Service duties including vendor payments issues, tax exempt certificates, communicating change of address and new banking details to both customers and vendors.
  • Scheduling shipments for both Domestic and International projects.
  • Creating packing list, commercial invoices and other documentation necessary for shipments.
  • Following up to confirm pickup and delivery.
  • Coordinate with sales team and customers on past due invoices, tracking past dues and providing copies of invoices, proof of delivery and other details to ensure payment.
  • Entering purchase requisitions and coordinating with sourcing to issue purchase orders to vendors.
  • Performs a variety of administrative duties.
  • Supports one or more members of management and/or staff in a business or functional unit.
  • Work generally requires knowledge of company and/or business/functional practices, policies, programs and/or product line.
  • Resolves routine and non-routine inquiries.
  • Administrative responsibilities include calendaring, document preparation and management, correspondence, travel arrangements, and meeting/travel coordination.
  • Maintains confidentiality.
