Key Responsibilities:
  • 4-yr College Degree required, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Collaborate with business partners to capture and validate functional and non-functional requirements
  • Assist in the design, configuration and support of a Contract Management system to be implemented
  • Assist in designing integrations between Contract Management system, FileNet, eSignature solution and legacy systems.
  • Work closely with the business partners, Contract Management System and IT teams to develop framework for grouping and tagging contracts.
  • Work closely with business partners and Contract Management system to develop a compressive training program taking into account different user groups in various departments.
  • Design effective production support framework.
  • Effectively communicate with business partners, Contract Management System and IT teams throughout the Contract Management System implementation and following production support.
  • Assist in managing the Contract Management Implementation to ensure success. 
  • Provides input to the development of formal business cases when new or enhanced business solutions are proposed
  • Works with the business or System Integrator to develop detailed user acceptance test cases and flows; including devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating testing
  • Interacts with others to identify, prioritize, and recommend alternate solutions and risk mitigation strategies 
  • Assists in conducting meetings with business users to review and discuss issues, workflow problems and potential system needs 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 3+ years of Contract Management software implementation experience.
  • 3+ years of hands on project management experience.
  • Experience with Enterprise Contract Management integration with external systems.
  • Knowledge of Business process design and workflow 
  • Knowledge of Analytical tools (i.e. relationship diagrams, workflow diagrams, swim lane diagrams, use case models, requirements documentation, business cases, etc.) 
  • Knowledge of Project management, Systems Development Lifecycle 
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite Products (Word, Visio, Project, Excel) 
  • A self-starter that has the ability to lead and strong attention to detail on a consistent basis. 
  • Ability to  apply analytical capabilities (planning, problem solving, critical thinking, organization, attention to detail) to resolve complex functional problems 
  • Ability to document business processes and models 
  • Ability to produce reports, documentation, research for the purpose of addressing customer needs 
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders and understand and respond to their needs in rapidly changing environments 
  • Effectively manage and prioritize work assignments 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with solid teamwork, work ethic.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Ability to capture, analyze and document technical specifications  
  • 3+ years of iCertus Contract Management software (ICM) implementation experience.
  • Experience with rollout/training of SaaS products 
  • Experience in using requirements documented in the following forms:
  • Use Cases
  • Activity Diagrams
  • Domain Models
  • Experience in and knowledge of objected oriented design
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of J2EE Technology and/or EAI messaging standards
  • Working experience in modeling business logic and automating business processes using TIBCO Business Works and EMS messaging
