Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various hiring teams to better qualify and identify talent, while still owning the complete recruiting lifecycle from end to end.
  • Use strong time management skills to work with candidates and hiring managers that are located in many geographic locations.
  • Proactively identify gaps in the recruiting process while providing solutions to better support tech hiring.
  • Provide subject matter expertise as a Talent Acquisition Consultant to stakeholders.
  • Leverage most effective hiring sources and strong networking skills to help meet recruitment needs.
  • Review, assess, and provide feedback on candidates.
  • Negotiate and manage the complete offer process by partnering with hiring managers, senior management and HR teams.
  • Be a candidate advocate and - advisor throughout the full life cycle of position What You Have.
  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience from sourcing to hiring for any industry.
  • Experience with recruitment in the areas of IT or Corporate Functions.
  • Experience consulting with business partners to intake demand and report on supply.
  • Experience identifying the top talent using creative tactics.
  • Experience working with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to advise, guide, and educate on market patterns, best practices, and problem resolution.
  • Excellent follow up and time management skills – must be a go-getter.
  • Ability to succeed in fast-paced, high demand environment.
  • Ability to be agile in process, to think on your feet, and get involved as a subject matter expert when needed.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends
  • Knowledge of broadband products and services
  • Strong Knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies
  • Strong Knowledge of staffing and employment practices
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Education PHR preferred Related Work Experience
  • Experience in Brass Ring High volume recruitment experience
  • Corporate IT preferred recruitment experience
