Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Effectively collect on excess wear and use and/or mileage charges on matured lease accounts while providing excellent customer service.
  • Being accountable for accurate and timely handling of all aspects of customer maintenance and transactions.
  • Retrieving payment history from the system and clearly communicate account status to the customer
  • Analyzing account characteristics and working with customers towards account resolution while providing best in class customer service.
  • Utilizing approved methods/procedures to make customer contact
  • Utilizing all collections tools available to maximize collections efforts
  • Documenting all activities in a clear and concise manner
  • Being knowledgeable and complying with all security and compliance procedures
  • Effectively manage all inbound and outbound calls in an attempt to resolve customer's outstanding debt, issues and concerns
  • This is a phone based position and requires someone to be comfortable on the phones and have previous phone based experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail – A must. Will be handling high volume of auto finance contracts and vehicle information
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Ability to thrive in a compliance-based environment
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible with a high volume of workloads
  • Experience in an administrative, reporting or high volume production environment
  • Financial, Banking, Contracts experience is highly preferred
