Immediate need for a talented Managed Services Manager with experience in the Software Solution Industry. This is a 6+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Atlanta, GA. Please review the job description below.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service transition and service delivery for accounts assigned to the team
  • Assign staff to accounts. Assist with transition to live state
  • Ensure proper 24-hour coverage of team accounts
  • Monitor incident workload and redistribute as necessary
  • Monitor quality, timeliness, and cost of work performed. Ensure adherence to department and company practices
  • Conduct quarterly account reviews to identify client satisfaction, process adherence, backlogs, quality of services provided, opportunities for improvement, etc.
  • Serve as escalation point
  • Review contracts for special terms. Monitor time expended, billings, renewals, profitability
  • Assist staff in identifying training needs and career goals
  • Assist with recruiting and new-hire training
  • Spearhead and participate in process improvement initiatives to improve maturity of Managed Services delivery
  • Provide technical and functional subject matter expertise to team
  • Act as primary Technical Account Manager ( "TAM”) for some accounts
  • Help coordinate collaboration between teams in different geographic regions
  • Design Dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators to indicate proactive changes to the customer's environments
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Personnel management experience
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Structured Query Language ( "SQL”).
  • Batch programming – DOS, Powershell, Perl, or other
  • Basic knowledge of Windows technologies, networking, security, IIS, etc.
  • Experience in a production support or managed services role
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Logility application experience as a user, system administrator, or consultant
  • Supply Chain Management experience
  • ITIL certification
  • Must successfully complete and clear a criminal background check
