Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • A Process Manager, Credit Review Central Services (CRCS), will be responsible for various components of Credit Review processes, quality control of business operations.
  • Creating and implementing changes or improvements as needed in the Issue Management workflows.
  • Evaluate and make improvements to CR’s business processes, implement the improvised process responding to business needs by working with the immediate manager and team members.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that the plan is clear and can be applied quickly and efficiently.
  • Assist manager in updating/re-writing policies & procedures and business process related procedural documents.
  • Support budget management and necessary reporting.
  • Monitor internal controls and make recommendations as needed.
  • Work effectively both independently and/minimal supervision.
  • Ability to learn the new process quickly, own them independently to develop process improvement in the workflow.
  • Critical thinker with attention to detail and good time management skills.
  • Intermediate level of experience with Word and Excel.
  • At least 2 years of process management or project management and process .improvement experience.
  • At least 1 or 2 of financial services experience.
