Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Work with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Use both agile and waterfall methodologies to drive and deliver enterprise-scale technology projects.
• Communicate the product vision and delivery across multiple teams and vendors.
• Write requirements and user stories for product features, ensuring that customer, stakeholder and market needs are met.
• Drive backlog grooming and management, answer questions, prioritize user stories, create acceptance criteria and drive testing and delivery.
• Attend daily meetings to coordinate and collaborate with the development team on work being performed within a sprint.
• Communicate frequently to stakeholders, ensuring information is shared across teams.
• Lead reviews to ensure the product is examined, elicit feedback and determine the route forward for development.
• Coordinate product implementation strategies for new features.
• Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in the field of technology product management preferred
• Project management or product management backgrounds would be a strong candidate
• Demonstrates initiative and self-directs work
• Ability to learn quickly and be flexible to change o High level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
• Demonstrates ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality work within time constraints
• Possesses strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills with the ability to acquire technical knowledge in order to understand relevant processes and address business needs
• Excellent organizational, planning, documentation and problem-solving skills
• Experience building strong relationships
• Works well with others in a time-sensitive environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to articulate product vision to various stakeholders
• Strong eye for good user experience and design.
