Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Gift Cards is experiencing a high level of growth, and we are seeking an Operations Specialist that will be part of a dynamic and fast-moving team working across the retail, B2B and direct-to-consumer gift card sales channels.
  • The Operations Specialist will support and execute Client Gift Card programs, overseeing production of gift card data, as well as physical formats, and displays in support of specialty retail channels as needed.
  • The role will also support continuity of the program’s infrastructure, including management of IT projects, and optimizations of internal and vendor storefronts.
  • This specialist will also help on-board new B2B clients, help with gift card orders, work with accounting teams on billing and reconciliations, and manage customer service escalations as needed.
  • This individual will use his/her experience in project management, product planning, and process and systems management to improve the efficiency of the Client Gift Card infrastructure.
  • Production processes, and contribute to developing and maintaining a best-in-class gift card program.
  • Execute on the Client Gift Card program's strategic vision to create a best-in-class gift card program Support operational aspects of the program including the below while seeking ways to improve on the efficiency.
  • Ability of the systems in place Inventory production Reporting integrity IT system adequacy.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Experience in eCommerce and brick and mortar retail industries; product planning, production, project management.
  • Experience required At least 3 years of work experience preferably in a role related to gift card program management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations or related fields plus at least 3 years relevant work experience required.
  • Cross-functional project management background and proven.
  • Ability to work well with diverse groups in a time sensitive and team environment with minimal supervision Proactive.
  • Results-oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management.
  • Attention to detail, analytical, and critical thinking skills Proficient PC skills including advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Word and PowerPoint Microsoft Access, Hyperion/BRIO, or other database access skills highly desired Must be performing satisfactorily in current position or better.
