Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 10+ years of professional IT work experience
• 3-5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master and delivering strategic IT solutions
• Solid understanding of SAFe methodology and facilitating agile ceremonies (SAFe Scrum Master certified a plus)
• Experience delivering back-end IT solutions (AWS, Big Data, OpenShift, APIs, ETL, etc.)
• Technically savvy with an ability to dive into various levels of detail and drive delivery while removing blockers
• Ability to quickly earn the trust of team members and stakeholders
• Ability to mobilize and motivate teams while effectively navigating a fast paced and highly matrixed organization
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization with clarity and precision both written and verbally
• Ability to remove barriers, resolve conflict, negotiate positive outcomes and operate with limited direction
• Flexible and adaptable in dynamic environments
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• CA Agile (a.k.a. Rally) experience a plus
