Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, investigate and assess appropriate follow up based on prescreening results.
  • Provide guidance regarding interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures for compliance and reporting obligations.
  • Collect and perform complex data analysis for the TA onboarding team and take appropriate action to respond to internal and external audit requests.
  • Act as a liaison with third party administrator as well as regulatory entities as required.
  • Deliver process training to support compliance requirements associated with FCRA for purposes of pre-employment screening.
  • Act as point of contact for prescreening questions or status from candidates, recruiters, and coordinators. Initiate identified pre-employment activities applicable for external hires.
  • Initiate identified pre-offer screenings as applicable for internal transfers.
  • Ensure accurate timing and shepherding of candidates through processes.
  • Review pre-screening results for completion and accuracy.
  • Compile recommendation and information necessary to clear education and employment histories as necessary.
  • Compile information necessary for any adjudication decisions.
  • Complete internal checks and balances of prescreening activities against guidelines.
  • Serve as back-up for departmental assistance that supports Talent Acquisition team.
  • Flexible to assist Talent Acquisition team (recruiting coordinators) in time of high volume recruiting efforts and special projects, such as job fairs.
  • Practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.
  • At least 18 months of analytical experience Must be able to comprehend and apply regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Must be able to analyze problems and form logical conclusions appropriate to regulatory guidelines, as well as company policy.
  • Must be able to apply company policy background standard when appropriate.
  • Must have the ability and experience to conduct follow up investigation as necessary, including understanding and applying regulatory requirements.
  • Must be able to assess and determine relevant facts and develop recommendations.
  • Must be able to utilize sound judgment and decision making skills based on facts.
  • Must have superior organizational skills and be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
  • Must have complete understanding of and be able to communicate how Client's day-to-day operations are impacted by compliance/regulatory requirements.
  • Must be able to make sound decisions based upon an analysis of the facts, experience with the subject matter, and good judgment.
  • Must be able to make quality decisions in the absence of complete information.
  • Must be able to effectively handle multiple and changing priorities.
  • Successful candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with employees and representatives of external entities.
  • Must be dependable, a team player, and have excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Experience with filing, MS Word, Outlook, Excel, scheduling meetings, typing and other office duties required.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Aptitude to work swiftly to meet pressing deadlines.
