Key Responsibilities and Technology Experience:
  • 6-8 Years of AS400 hands on experience
  • Strong Production support experience
  • 4+ Years of Retail experience
  • Working experience with multiple teams in Client place. Responsible for directly interacting with the customer.
  • Flexible to cover night shift/weekend shift for critical days if onsite not available or business critical reason
  • Provide leadership and guidance when customer application-level downtime issues arise
  • Expertise in setting up dashboards and alerts with various monitoring tools, Production issue Resolution, Managing weekly sprints, Onsite Coordination, Functional Consultation, ITIL Knowledge and Change Management practitioner
  • Handle Crisis calls during Severity Outages, Good verbal and written communication + High Interpersonal Effectiveness
