Key Responsibilities:/Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
 

• Work with Senior Engineer to Implement, and maintain Client Unified Communications systems including but not limited to CUCM, UCCE, CUBE, CVP, Finesse, Jabber, etc.
• Provide project design, development and installation support for Moves, Adds, and Changes added advantage - Nuance, Collabrio, Paymentus.
• Maintain and support Client IP Telephony and IPCC Contact Center Enterprise and all related Cisco IP telephony infrastructure
• Certification – Voice and collaboration or equivalent (Not required but if certified added advantage).
