Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to facilitate the efficiency of daily business operations.
  • Specific responsibilities include but is not limited to Japanese/English verbal and written translation; Coordinating travel arrangements and meetings
  • Creating, updating and maintaining reports
  • processing invoices and expenses
  • Organizing and maintaining files
  • Assisting with coordinating events and meetings
  • Maintaining office supplies.
  • Business-level fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese and English a must
  • 5+ years professional business experience in office management, executive administrative assistant or a related profession with demonstrated proficiency in prioritizing, organizing, coordinating, multitasking and problem solving. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
