Key Responsibilities and Requirments:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience in implementing/supporting CRM Marketing and Sales business systems and processes.
  • Prior experience in CRM Marketing and Sales functionalities - Campaign Management and Execution, Customer Segmentation, Lead Management, Account Management, External List Management, Personalization, Customer lifetime value, Omni-channel CRM marketing programs, and Opportunity Management.
  • In depth, hands-on knowledge and experience with at least one industry standard CRM system preferably SFDC CRM, Vlocity, Pardot and ecommerce tools and applications.
  • Manage, follow and adhere to the long/short term product roadmap for CRM in conjunction with functional leads.
  • Experience in full life cycle implementation (requirements gathering, process design, configuration, functional design, testing, conversion, and deployment) of CRM and SFA systems.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce and digital applications.
  • Ability to grasp and explain complicated subject matter to others across the
  • business that are less connected to the situation and/or are less technically-
  • oriented.
  • Exceptional business acumen and story-telling skills – the ability to communicate an insight to be understood easily and to drive action.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization Preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics and testing solutions with tools like SFDC marketing cloud, Exact Target, Pardot, and Adobe Marketing tools such as Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager and Test & Target.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and sales process.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Experience in Cloud CRM products/technologies.
  • Exposure in vendor/software assessment including managing RFI/RFP process required.
