Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front desk/reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and managing internal & external customers timely and professionally.
  • Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner.
  • Coordinate and arrange for the ordering and setup of meals when visitors are onsite.
  • Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items.  Support check processing activities for payments received via mail.
  • Assist in General Office administration.
  • Support facilities requests.
  • Support senior leadership team with travel, as required and expense reports.
  • Assist in the coordination of ad-hoc company functions/events.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Possess good professional image, excellent phone mannerism and enthusiasm in customer service.
  • Pro-active and highly resourceful.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Well-developed organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint software, highly preferred.
