Immediate need for a talented Graphic Designer with experience in the Insurance Industry. This is a 6+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Phoenix, AZ. Please review the job description below.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver branding packages to uniquely branded financial advisors, including intake interviews, design, customer management, delivery, and metric tracking.
  • Assist in managing project traffic through a Creative Workflow, leveraging our project management system.
  • Support the creation of written content as needed to bolster the efficiency of the Creative Team.
  • Design and develop digital and print collateral, including emails, web graphics, website designs, animated graphics, social media assets, infographics, presentations, digital advertising campaigns, brochures, flyers, white papers, signage, event collateral, and more.
  • Provide basic- to intermediate-level video editing support as needed.
  • Regularly collaborate with business lines, marketing teammates, and other key stakeholders on a variety of projects.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience;
  • Design experience with an emphasis in branding support for small businesses;
  • Experience managing traffic for numerous projects and utilizing project management systems;
  • A portfolio of previous work showing proven design experience and branding expertise;
  • A library of previous written work, showing strong skills in writing modern marketing content;
  • Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis in Adobe InDesign; and
  • Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office, notably Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Working abilities in basic- to intermediate-level video editing
  • Basic understanding of financial services and the independent broker-dealer space
  • Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and notably PowerPoint
  • Experience creating branding packages for small businesses
  • Experience managing traffic and utilizing project management systems
