Key Responsibilities and Technology Experience:
  • Requirements:Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Assists with HR-related projects.
  • Performs personnel file creation, maintenance and audits.
  • Ensures all required employee paperwork and personnel forms are signed and obtained from both employees and management for compliance purposes.
  • Sends new hire paperwork instructions to candidates.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Organization.
  • Understanding of confidentiality within the team and workplace.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Associate's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 2+ years of related experience, preferably in the Human Resources function
