Key Responsibilities:
- Working with network and cable/streaming companies (customer facing role)
- Get a schedule for what they are delivering
- Working with metadata, ensure delivery to all end points etc
- Troubleshooting and opening tickets if needed
- Reporting back to the networks
- Supporting video on demand aka digital distribution, working with AMCN
- Will be working with internal tools
- Skills-Jira
- ServiceNow
- Tracking in Excel, Googe docs, and Airtable
- Technical troubleshooting
- Strong communication
