Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI that track adoption, training, sentiment, engagement, and business impact for AI, IT, and enterprise consulting initiatives.
- Perform calculations and develop data models to reflect key performance indicators tied to behavior change, tool usage, and transformation success.
- Proactively identify and acquire data sources, working cross-functionally with IT, product teams, and analytics partners to secure high-quality, consistent data inputs.
- Define success metrics in collaboration with Change Managers, Product Owners/Analysts, Product Managers and Training SMEs to ensure alignment across programs.
- Monitor usage telemetry, survey responses, support tickets and training data to provide a full-picture view of user engagement and tool/capability effectiveness.
- Lead the development of monthly adoption insights reports and provide strategic recommendations based on trends.
- Validate, QA, and refresh dashboards regularly to ensure they reflect timely and accurate information.
- Surface “quick wins,” potential risks and low-adoption areas to enable focused business readiness efforts.
- Key Skills: Power BI ,Reporting ,Data pulling
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, Power BI dashboard creation, and cross-functional collaboration in a technology or transformation environment.
- Expertise in Power BI: DAX calculations, visualizations, data modeling, and connector management.
- Proven ability to find, clean, and validate data across multiple enterprise systems and sources.
- Understanding of user adoption, change management, or digital transformation strategies.
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills with the ability to make insights actionable for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 telemetry, Viva Insights, or other workplace analytics tools.
- Experience working in an IT transformation or AI-led environment.
- Comfortable navigating and collaborating within large enterprise environments.
- Working knowledge of Power Automate or Microsoft Lists a plus.
- Exposure to Prosci, ADKAR, or other change management methodologies.
