Pay Range: $50000- $80000/annum . Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays while ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Prepare and position patients correctly for imaging procedures
• Operate radiologic equipment and adjust settings to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Follow physician instructions and imaging protocols accurately
• Maintain proper radiation safety standards for patients, self, and staff
• Review and evaluate images for clarity and quality before submission to radiologists
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
• Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patient

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification preferred or required (depending on facility)
• Texas state licensure (or eligibility)
• Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Open to new graduates with proper certification/licensure
• Opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience in a supportive environment
• Evening shift with 3 days off per week
