Product Owner IV

Pay Range: $63 - $65/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Create, Prioritize and Maintain designated product backlog.
• Write user stories that define the functionality and requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning and reviews.
• Make day to day tactical decisions regarding product features, priorities and trade-offs to advance the development team.
• Maintain product documentation.
• This individual will work closely and cross functionally with other groups and teams such as UX, Development, IT and marketing to completing assigned efforts.
• Communicate product progress, updates and changes to stakeholders.
• Understand and measure product performance.
• Understand the Voice of the Customer and champion the customer experience.
• Other PO related activities as required.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: Product owner, AI, Automation
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems preferred
• 3 years of experience in Product Ownership or comparable experience.
• 3 years experienced with products focused on automation of business needs through multiple technologies. Experience and experimentation in product and develop of AI solutions is preferred.
• Acumen in AI industry and ability to have discussions with tech teams on AI technologies and approaches.
• 3 years in building products for financial services.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
