Business Process Analyst II

Pay Range: $35 - $38/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvement and automation within the organization.
  • Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to develop and deliver automation and AI solutions that meet business needs.
  • Conduct cross-functional audits to identify procedural inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify areas for further improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in process optimization, automation, and AI technologies.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Key Skills : Process Mapping ,Visio ,Jira ,Excel .
  • Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Proven experience in working with technology teams to develop and deliver solutions.
  • Knowledge of automation and AI technologies and their application in business process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
