Pay Range: $35/hr - $40/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistent 8-hour day shifts (Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm) with no on-call requirements
• Opportunity to gain specialized experience in urology
• Supportive, team-oriented outpatient environment
• Prime Atlanta location with easy access to dining, culture, and suburban communities
• Assist with patient intake, including vital signs, medical history, and reason for visit.
• Support providers during examinations, procedures, and minor office-based surgeries.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as directed by the physician.
• Perform bladder scans, catheterizations, and other urology-specific clinical tasks (training available).
• Provide patient and family education on medications, procedures, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
• Sterilize instruments and prepare exam rooms for patient visits.
• Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent experience.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse, BLS
• Active LPN License (GA or Compact State)
• BLS Certification (AHA required)
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience within specialty or related clinical setting
• Urology experience is a plus, but candidates from various LPN backgrounds are welcome to apply
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient-service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy outpatient clinic
• Strong critical thinking and adaptability in a clinical setting
• Excellent interpersonal and patient education skills
• Proficient in EMR/EHR documentation
• Commitment to teamwork, empathy, and professional excellence
