Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the full Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver safe, individualized patient care
• Function as an OR Circulator, coordinating care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Provide patient-centered, relationship-based care, partnering with patients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality surgical outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with standards and policies
• Practice in alignment with evidence-based clinical standards and professional nursing practice
• Participate in performance improvement, shared governance, and quality initiatives
• Support efficient use of human and material resources
• Serve as a preceptor/mentor when needed and complete all required competencies and education
• Comply with regulatory, legal, accreditation, and patient safety standards

 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
• Ability to respond calmly and decisively in emergency situations
• Basic computer and clinical technology proficiency
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Additional Requirements:
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
