Senior Account Manager

Pay Range: $29 - $30/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities 

• Schedule: 9-6 (w/ 1 hour lunch)
• 8 hours per day, possible travel required.
• Intake issues from Clients and their designees and Internal team members to follow up for resolution
• Team would be defined as anyone internal or external working on the assigned Clients and their Product/Program
• Work from home, attending virtual meetings on camera.
• Working with Pharma clients to ensure the contracted delivery of services
• Independent thinkers and workers who have a passion for getting their patient’s their needed medications.
• Lead the implementation, execution, termination, and transition of client accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for complex and high dollar accounts, interacting with client contacts to facilitate problem resolution, and promote high client satisfaction.
• Develop and complete client reports, verify data, and manage the timely collection and distribution of data from content experts.
• Monitor and track contract and regulatory changes and issues and collaborate with internal departments and client to ensure implementation of changes.
• Develop and administer training, support, and business insight about products and services to management, peers, and clients.
• Track and evaluate contract performance guarantees and other related deliverables, recommend changes, and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of business unit offerings and their integration with core services and products.
• Provide ongoing training and guidance to Account Managers and Senior Account Managers.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Account/Client Management, Pharmacy, Bachelors degree
• 6+ years of Client facing experience in a Pharmacy setting
• 2+ years of Pharmacy Benefit Management experience.
• Disqualifiers: Sales roles (Pharma or Physician), not banned from working with any government funded plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related fiel
