Pay Range: $55 - $57/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• This role will be accountable for executing on the ServiceNow CMDB accuracy and completeness of configuration items.
• This role has blended responsibilities across Configuration Management, ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, and Operations – accountable for maturation, data analytics, data modeling, data visualization, leading Core Operational Groups (COGs).
• In addition, this role will assist  in managing the CMDB in ServiceNow and taking on strategic challenges from our 27 unique Business Units to ensure the CMDB meets their needs while adhering to established CMDB standards and best practices.

 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; CMDB (Configuration Management Database), Data Mapping/Modelling, ServiceNow, ITOM/ITSM
• CMDB Strategy, Design, Operation
• ServiceNow – ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping
• Data Driven Decisioning
• Data Stewardship
• Visualize and present data findings
• 5-10+ years of diverse experience in a large scale mixed-platform organization with focus on technology, data analytics, and data modeling.
• A solid understanding of ITIL concepts and processes (ITIL v3 or v4 and/or advanced ITIL certifications are preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management with special focus on CMDB, ITOM Visibility, Service Mapping, APM data structure, design, end-to-end operations
• Showcases strong Data knowledge, being able to articulate various aspects of how data flows, is structured, architected, etc.
• Demonstrates strong thought leadership and ability to advance strategies, processes, and operations in a complex IT environment
• Demonstrated the ability to deliver config/asset information through the lens of data capabilities such as data quality and data management.
• The ability to educate technical teams and/or individuals on best practices and/or processes
• Solid organizational agility skills – the ability to take complex sets of data and present it in a format consumable by a broad audience, including Level 6, 5, 4 ,3, 2 executives
