Pay Range: $85 - $90/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; 10+ years of enterprise IT Project/Program Management
• Proven experience delivering large-scale ($10M+) IT programs with multiple workstreams
• Strong multi-vendor and global/offshore team management experience
• Insurance industry background
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and delivery execution skills
• 10+ years in delivering 10M+ IT projects with multiple workstreams and global delivery teams
• Insurance Industry background preferred
• Ability to coordinate manage multi-vendor delivery
• Ability to translate business goals into executable programs
• Drive results across multi-vendor and global delivery teams
• Management of inter-dependencies, risks/mitigations, decisions
• Budget, resource, integrated plan management
• Execution and delivery discipline – bring structure, clarity, and accountability
• Project governance – statusing, steer cos, change controls
• Stakeholder management
• Action orientation – in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Extreme ownership.
