Pay Range: $22 - $24/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Location: Remote- MST preferable
• We can accept EST but MUST be able to work the 11am-8pm shift.
• We have very strict guidelines regarding the shifts, including breaks and lunches.
• Answering busy inbound/outbound queue, working multiple systems at one time, able to multitask easily.
• Consistent communication with Supervisor and Seniors
• With each phone call- documentation is required in Virtual Health 
• Multiple inbound calls per hour to be completed by CMSC II. (Can’t go below 80/month)
• Meeting Monthly metrics 
• Average speed of answered calls less than 30 seconds.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-2 years inbound call center experience     
• Customer service / listening skills / documentation skills     
• Multitasking and working within multiple systems at once.     
• MUST be willing to work a complete 6 months prior to taking off (HOWEVER, it must be a valid reason and accommodation if needing to be off work- case-by-case, TBD) 
• Program Coordinator Experience
• 2 years inbound call center experience
• customer service 
• Education Requirement:HSD    
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Applications.
• MST hours 8am-5pm (Mar-Oct)Shift:
• 9 am-6pm (Oct-Mar)
• 11am-8 pmEST (Jan-Dec).
