Key Responsibilities:
- Location: Remote- MST preferable
- We can accept EST but MUST be able to work the 11am-8pm shift.
- We have very strict guidelines regarding the shifts, including breaks and lunches.
- Answering busy inbound/outbound queue, working multiple systems at one time, able to multitask easily.
- Consistent communication with Supervisor and Seniors
- With each phone call- documentation is required in Virtual Health
- Multiple inbound calls per hour to be completed by CMSC II. (Can’t go below 80/month)
- Meeting Monthly metrics
- Average speed of answered calls less than 30 seconds.
- Skills-2 years inbound call center experience
- Customer service / listening skills / documentation skills
- Multitasking and working within multiple systems at once.
- MUST be willing to work a complete 6 months prior to taking off (HOWEVER, it must be a valid reason and accommodation if needing to be off work- case-by-case, TBD)
- Program Coordinator Experience
- 2 years inbound call center experience
- customer service
- Education Requirement:HSD
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Applications.
- MST hours 8am-5pm (Mar-Oct)Shift:
- 9 am-6pm (Oct-Mar)
- 11am-8 pmEST (Jan-Dec).
