Machine Learning Engineer

Pay Range: $75 - $80/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models, making improvements as necessary.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.

 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Machine Learning, Python, Azure, ETL
• Programming language such as Python, R, or Java
• ML frameworks and libraries
• Azure or fabric
• ETL experience
• Data bricks
• PowerBi
• Project Description
• Need help when business comes to them with a ML or AI problem and the vendor can't do it. 
• Moving away from data bricks to Azure AI.  Need a SME/Advisory to come and lead this initiative.
• Duplicate a vendor solution to figure out if this is a road that they want to go down. 
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in machine learning, data analysis, and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with big data technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Fabric).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
