Principle Software Engineer

Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Java, Object Oriented, REST API’s, Spring Boot, DevOps, Azure .
• 10+ years of software development experience
• 8+ years total OO development experience
• 8+ years of Java EE development experience
• Experience working in a scaled agile delivery model
• Investment/financial services experience is highly desired.
• 80% Backend Development support
• Java 17, Spring Boot
• Building REST API’s that will interact with different databases.
• 20% DevOps experience
• CI/CD tool experience, more running, maintaining, and setting up, rather than brand new builds.
• Azure (Azure Service Bus – ASB)
• Setting up new applications
• Database experience - Mainly Oracle or DB2 – Querying and attaching APIs to these databases   
• Scripting skills in Python
• Security integration using OAuth and LDAP
