Account Setup Coordinator

Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan .
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to existing customers, educating them on the need to replace their point-of-sale devices.
• Assess customer needs and recommend products and services that align with their business requirements.
• Offer a range of financial products, including payment processing solutions and value-added services.
• Collaborate with internal sales, account managers and bank partners.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Assist the customer service team during peak periods to ensure high -quality service and support.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:outbound sales, telemarketing, financial services .
• Strong sales and customer service skill, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals and KPIs.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex product offerings in a clear and persuasive manner.
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or financial services preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient keyboard, 10-key, and computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages.
