Key Responsibilities:

• System Administrator / Subject Matter Expert
• Manage system specifications and functionality across all operational systems utilized by the company.
• Create, evaluate, and present technical business cases, "as-is" and "to-be" business processes, "current" and "future" technology integration design recommendations to colleagues, management, business customers and vendors.
• Effectively and clearly explain complex application functionality, articulate ideas and solutions to influence others toward a desired outcome or solution; answer technical questions to support the case.
• Plan, build, and/or configure systems or process changes required to initiate new products, services, or lines of business.
• As any issues arise with tools utilized by the Bank: research root cause, launch immediate stop-gap measures, develop troubleshooting strategies, communicate impact and solutions to management, implement and test proposed changes, and release to production once finalized.
• Business Strategy & Project Support:
• Serve as the subject matter expert on banking platforms and systems utilized by the business, and advise senior management on potential strategies and products to best leverage them.
• Act as liaison between the business, the IDS Factory and the BPO function with respect to systems administration.
• Advise management of necessary steps required to improve process automation in order to expand business to broader market and improve overall efficiency.
• Understand current and future banking and finance management technology, platforms, and solutions; and identify opportunities for Client Financial Savings Bank to leverage these tools to grow existing business, improve customer satisfaction, develop new business processes, and Kaizen daily banking operations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on bank projects with a systems component and support setup, configuration, specs, GL mapping tasks to ensure business objectives are achieved with system implementation and upgrade projects.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• The Resource is going to work on external Vendor's systems and tools
• The vendors are Client, Q2 and Salesforce (Client is their Primary Vendor)
• The candidate must have strong experience in other banking core systems
• The candidate must have a solid background in Banking/Finance and/or Fintech companies
• The experience level must be minimum 3 years as a systems administrator and supporting banking as well
• Bachelor's degree is not mandatory
