Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build and manage Prism datasets, derived data sources to meet reporting and analytics needs.
- Develop and maintain calculated fields, custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite). • Design and manage Prism data pipelines - ingestion , transformation and modeling data within Workday.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) /Lead for Workday Prism and related data integrated solutions.
- Participate in system testing, troubleshooting and deplyment support.
- Provided expertise on Workday capabilities and industry best practices.
- Performance Optimization
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior Prism developers and analyst.
- Skills-Experience in SQL and Workday.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR Technology projects and teams.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting and Prism.
- Hands-on experience with building Prism pipelines, data transformations, and managing high volumes of data within the Workday Prism Analytics platform.
- Proficiency in data blending, joins and relationship modeling in Prism.
- Strong understanding of Workday core HCM, Workday security.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adopt to frequent changes.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Agile Experience
- Experience using Rally Agile tool
- Experience in SQL and Workday Extend
