Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 

• Clinical Leadership
• Serve as the clinical expert and resource for patients, staff, and providers.
• Maintain ongoing CNL competencies and education.
• Provide continuous clinical leadership in daily operations.
• Build and sustain high-performing teams through communication and staff engagement.
• Promote quality, patient safety, and improved clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with care teams and leadership to support shared governance.
• Ensure compliance with TJC, CMS, and other regulatory standards.
• Care Environment Management
• Analyze and optimize microsystem care delivery processes.
• Coordinate and manage team rounds and care environment operations.
• Promote evidence-based practice and best clinical standards.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and patient-centered care.
• Use data and informatics to evaluate and improve care processes.
• Manage unit-level resources efficiently, ensuring appropriate staffing and material usage.
• Professional Development
• Support staff learning needs through mentoring, coaching, and role modeling.
• Foster a positive and professional work environment.
• Complete all competencies, mandatory education, and specialty training.
• Serve as a preceptor and mentor to new nurses or students.
• Uphold nursing practice standards, scope of practice, and ethical guidelines.
• Clinical Outcomes Management
• Anticipate and mitigate risks for high-risk patient populations.
• Ensure compliance with mandated quality and safety outcomes.
• Use evidence-based data to monitor, evaluate, and improve clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate on disease management strategies and care coordination.

• Skill in delegation, oversight, and evaluating delivered care
• Strong commitment to service excellence and customer service
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active RN License (Single-State or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience in a similar patient population
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to client’s care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
