Customer Service Advocate

Pay Range: $18.50 - $19/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: 9:30-6:00pm and 10-6:30pm
• Conducting member and provider inbound and outbound calls
• Navigating multiple applications to fully assist members and providers (ie. Amysis, OMNI and TruCare, etc)
• Utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams and Word)
• Eagerness to provide stellar customer service
• CSAs are held to quality, conformance, and an adherence goal

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Healthcare call center experience
• Requires a High School diploma or GED
