Pay Range: $95,000 - $140,000 /annum.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute a user-focused content strategy aligned to product roadmaps
• Design and govern content architecture, including taxonomy, metadata, and classification models
• Lead AI-enabled content discovery, extraction, tagging, and repurposing initiatives
• Partner with Product Managers to surface high-value content within digital products
• Define and maintain content governance frameworks, standards, and best practices
• Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Editorial, IT, Analytics, and Vendors
• Analyze content performance metrics and optimize discoverability and reuse
• Lead multiple content initiatives simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery
• Evaluate and implement content technologies (CMS, DAM, search, AI tools)
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and quality of enterprise content systems

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 5 years in content management, content strategy, or content platforms
• Experience partnering with product and engineering teams
• Hands-on experience with CMS, metadata, taxonomy, or content governance
• Strong understanding of content lifecycle, discovery, and reuse
• Experience analyzing content performance and user engagement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical content
• Knowledge of medical or clinical terminology (SNOMED, ICD-10, CPT, etc.)
• Experience using AI / ML / LLMs for content classification, extraction, or generation
• Familiarity with semantic search, ontologies, or knowledge graphs
