Pay Range: $50 - $53/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:SQL, SWIFT/Payments(Must have), Agile/Jira .
• We are seeking a smart, savvy, and highly motivated Technical Business Analyst with strong Agile experience and a deep understanding of the Payments and Banking domain.
• The ideal candidate will serve as a go-to person for the team, capable of managing functional requirements, translating them into user stories, and working collaboratively across teams using tools like JIRA.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories, BRDs, and other documentation.
  Manage and prioritize product backlogs using JIRA, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Serve as a Technical Product Owner or proxy, bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, QA, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Use SQL for data analysis and validation; knowledge of stored procedures is a plus.
• Interface with Oracle databases for data exploration and support functional requirements.
• Leverage domain expertise in Payments, Banking, and Financial Products, including Global Payment Processing, Real-time Payments, Wires, and ACH/DDH transactions.
