Key Responsibilities: -
- Associate Support
- Answer incoming calls and service requests from Associates related to benefits, HR selfservice, policies, and general employment questions
- Provide firstlevel employee relations support by gathering information, addressing routine issues, and escalating appropriately
- Deliver clear, consistent information while maintaining confidentiality
- Log and track inquiries and actions taken in HR systems
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Support
- Generate and process offer letters in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team
- Track background check status and follow up to support timely start dates
- Ensure new hire data is accurately entered and verified prior to day one
- Identify and resolve data or process issues that could delay onboarding
- Administrative & Data Support
- Perform accurate data entry and updates in HR systems
- Monitor onboarding and preemployment tasks to completion
- Follow established procedures and service level expectations
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, HR operations, or shared services preferred
- Comfortable handling high call volumes and transactional work
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
