Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing complex engineering projects, including planning, budgeting, and coordination.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
- Designing, developing, and testing advanced products, systems, or structures.
- Conducting research and development to innovate and solve complex engineering problems.
- Reviewing and approving engineering documentation, such as drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Evaluating and selecting materials and equipment for projects.
- Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
- Collaborating with other senior engineers, professionals, and stakeholders on project teams.
- Mentoring and coaching junior engineers and technical staff.
- Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering technology and practices
- Skills-Substation Physical Design Expertise, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite/Asset suite 8.
- A Senior Engineer is a highly experienced professional in the field of engineering, typically with a significant number of years of experience.
- Substation Physical Design Expertise
- Great Communication and Analytical Skills
- Team Player and able to work across several departments.
- Bachelor’s in engineering/engineering technology.
