Indirect Service Providers Onboarding Coordinator

Pay Range: $35 - $40/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Process Expertise:
  • Become an expert in Client HealthCare’s standardized service processes for indirect channel partners, including variations by region or partner. Key process areas include:
  • Customer records
  • Service requests
  • Warranty claims
  • Replacement parts
  • Parts return/repair
  • Testing & Quality Assurance:
  • Plan and execute end-to-end testing of onboarding processes using the Channel Partner Portal and ServiceMax (Salesforce).
  • Validate system outputs
  • Identify, record, and report issues
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve defects
  • Partner Setup:
    Facilitate technical onboarding of channel partners, including:
  • Account creation with Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Access and configuration in the Channel Partner Portal
  • Training & Support:
  • Deliver training and provide ongoing support to global channel partners.
  • Ensure proper understanding and use of systems and processes
  • Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting during and post-onboarding
 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:  
  • Key skills; ServiceMax, Salesforce, Medical device/Healthcare industry exp
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience implementing, training, or supporting CRM systems (preferably Salesforce/ServiceMax)
  • Experience working with B2B service operations, ideally in the medical technology or healthcare industry
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with CRM and service management platforms (Salesforce, ServiceMax)
  • Experience with system testing: creating test plans, writing test cases, and defect reporting
  • Communication & Collaboration:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to train and support international users across time zones
  • Comfortable working across global IT and business functions in a complex technical environment.
  • Experience with onboarding channel partners or external service providers
  • Prior experience in highly regulated industries like medical devices or healthcare.
