Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate & Monitor Programs: Oversee the scheduling, pricing, and performance of company programs while ensuring compliance with company objectives and standards.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract preparation and negotiation, considering financial, resource, and contractual requirements to drive business success.
- Business Development: Play a pivotal role in expanding the product line and driving new business opportunities to support growth and innovation.
- Master Plan Adherence: Ensure programs adhere to master schedules and resolve any issues that arise during execution.
- Problem Solving: Develop solutions to program challenges by working closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and finance.
- Leadership: Direct and manage team members assigned to the program from different departments and serve as an advisor on project-related tasks and operations.
- Project Completion: Ensure all projects and programs are completed within established timelines and budgets.
- Proposal Preparation: Lead the preparation of proposals aimed at winning new programs, fostering new business opportunities for the company.
- Skills-Contract management, Contract Negotiation, Pricing strategy, Budgeting, Financial Acumen.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within the fintech, financial services, or technology sectors.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage complex financial scenarios.
- Cross-functional leadership: Experience managing teams across various departments and handling diverse project requirements.
- Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven track record of resolving program challenges effectively and efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with fintech products, software development processes, and technology stacks.
- Business Development: Experience in developing and expanding product lines.
- Proposal Writing: Ability to prepare detailed proposals to win new programs and drive business growth.
- Fintech Expertise: Familiarity with the fintech industry, including trends, regulations, and technology advancements.
