Pay Range: $50 - $52/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
• Rationalize and Migrate Power BI workspace, reports and dashboards, users from current Power BI to Microsoft Fabric using DirectLake and semantic models.
• Help in Semantic Model migration
• Analyze reporting requirements and existing inventory for migration.
• Design semantic models aligned with Fabric data architecture.
• Build Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards leveraging Direct Lake connectivity.
• Implement data security at report level (row-level security, workspace permissions).
• Perform functional and unit testing for migrated and new reports.
• Provide Hypercare and Production support, as required.
• Conduct user training and handover for self-service capabilities.
