Pay Range: $55 - $62/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal IT, engineering, and technical corporate roles.
• Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring goals, role expectations, and team dynamics.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent through job boards, networking, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates for both technical proficiency and cultural fit.
• Utilize tools like LinkedIn, GitHub, ATS platforms, and Boolean search to identify and engage qualified professionals.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the offer and onboarding process.
• Maintain recruiting metrics and contribute to process improvements.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-High Tech Savviness – Strong understanding of programming languages, tech stacks, cloud platforms, and modern developer ecosystems.
• End-to-End Technical Recruitment.
• Must be able to handle a volume of 30+ reqs at any given time. 
• 7+ years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter, with a focus on IT and software positions.
• Demonstrated ability to hire for roles such as software engineers, DevOps, QA, IT support, and cloud professionals.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and sourcing techniques, including Boolean logic and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC (hybrid flexibility available).
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced corporate or high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms like Workday, Lever, or Greenhouse.
• Understanding of HR compliance, hiring metrics, and employer branding.
