Windchill admin

Pyramid Consulting, Inc Jersey, AR (Onsite) Contractor
Immediate need for a talented Windchill admin. This is a 06-12 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S(Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, Configure and Maintain Windchill (PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink) application.
  • Install and Configure of ThingWorx Platform.
  • Perform Upgrade and Patch Updates of Windchill.
  • Rehost and Clone of Windchill applications.
  • Install and Configure CAD Workers (Creo Parametric, SolidWorks, Inventor, NX) and Office Worker.
  • Provide technical support for end-users on the Business Admin activities.
  • Coordinate, deployment and review of releases on Windchill & ThingWorx applications.
  • Use ticketing system to document requests, track changes, and explain resolutions.
  • Managing and coordinating administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Around 8 years of experience in Windchill Administration.
  • Strong knowledge on PTC products such as Windchill & ThingWorx.
  • Extensive experience in PTC products PDMLink, MPMLink, PartsLink – Mandatory
  • Strong knowledge on Windchill System and Business administration.
  • Understanding of ProjectLink, Option and Variants, Creo and SUMA.
  • Knowledge on Windchill Integration with SAP.
  • Knowledge on Engineering Change Management.
  • Knowledge in CAD tool to Windchill integration.
  • Good technical leadership skills.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills are required for multi-faceted interactions with all levels of personnel within the organisation.
