Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, Configure and Maintain Windchill (PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink) application.
- Install and Configure of ThingWorx Platform.
- Perform Upgrade and Patch Updates of Windchill.
- Rehost and Clone of Windchill applications.
- Install and Configure CAD Workers (Creo Parametric, SolidWorks, Inventor, NX) and Office Worker.
- Provide technical support for end-users on the Business Admin activities.
- Coordinate, deployment and review of releases on Windchill & ThingWorx applications.
- Use ticketing system to document requests, track changes, and explain resolutions.
- Managing and coordinating administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Around 8 years of experience in Windchill Administration.
- Strong knowledge on PTC products such as Windchill & ThingWorx.
- Extensive experience in PTC products PDMLink, MPMLink, PartsLink – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge on Windchill System and Business administration.
- Understanding of ProjectLink, Option and Variants, Creo and SUMA.
- Knowledge on Windchill Integration with SAP.
- Knowledge on Engineering Change Management.
- Knowledge in CAD tool to Windchill integration.
- Good technical leadership skills.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills are required for multi-faceted interactions with all levels of personnel within the organisation.
