Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• In Wealth Cash Solutions, Personal Cards, we are embarking on a multi-year journey to improve our debit and credit card programs – including improving our ability to service customers over our live channels, improving the digital experiences (web and mobile), and optimizing our vendor partnership structure.
• The role involves facilitating requirement sessions with business partners and vendor partners, articulating business requirements and working within the technology organization to deliver new features/functionality. 
• You will be encouraged to quickly gain understanding of all the components of our applications, develop customer journey maps, data flows and inputs/outputs of the platform.
• The ideal candidate shows ease at making personal connections, is confident in leading and constructively challenging with a dedicated approach to solving problems and overcoming obstacles.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills;Principal Systems Analyst (payment experience).
• 8 years of experience as a Systems Analyst / Senior Engineer for software solutions, with experience with Debit or Credit card domains
• Experience leading integration and analysis of banking systems, payment gateways, and financial domains platforms
• Experience researching, optimizing, and developing documentation, user stories, and specifications for moderate to sophisticated software systems
• Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and digging into data using logging tools
• Solid understanding and experience with APIs, relational database schemas and SQL management tools
• Excellent analytical skills
