Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
- Resources & Support
- Support decision-making processes through shared governance.
- Assist unit leadership in managing clinical and business operations.
- Act as a resource for staff and assume additional responsibilities in leadership absence.
- Assist with budget development and monitoring unit financial outcomes.

- Communicate effectively with diverse staff and mentor team members.

- Evidence-Based Practice & Research
- Promote evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement.
- Participate in evaluating patient care products through value analysis.
- Identify clinical system improvement opportunities and support leader-driven projects.
- Use data and evidence to support operational and clinical decision-making.
- Maintain understanding of ethical and legal considerations regarding patient/staff data.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Comply with system-wide policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Relationship-building and team collaboration abilities
- Leadership aptitude and desire for progressive nursing management roles
- Ability to coach, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Understanding of shared governance and evidence-based practice
- Ability to manage unit operations and support performance standards
- Willingness to learn health care financing, strategy, and business operations
- Ability to effectively use data and technology in decision-making
- Knowledge of risk management, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards
- Commitment to ethical nursing practice and compliance standards
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
- Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
- BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
- Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
