Pay Range: $50 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- (Hybrid Role - M/F- remote; Tues-Thurs- In-office (9am-5pm))
- Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyzing and documenting current business processes and workflows.
- Developing and maintaining business process models and documentation.
- Developing functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new systems.
- Facilitating meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
- Identifying and documenting project risks and issues.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope.
- Supporting the development and testing of new systems or enhancements.
- Providing training and support to users during system implementation and post-implementation.
- Participating in the evaluation and selection of software and systems.
- A Mid-level Business Analyst should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They should be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Key skills; 5 Years Experience Utility, Infrastructure/Construction
- Experience with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Contracts or /Target Priced Contracts or financial accounting
- Earned Value Management
- Degree in engineering (or advanced technical degree) or Business Administration, Construction Economics or Finance
- Project Management Experience and/ or scheduling experience with Earned Value Management
- 5 Years Experience or knowledge of a specific functional area or discipline (e.g., Finance, Utility, Infrastructure/Construction, or Information Technology) experience
- Experience with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Contracts or /Target Priced Contracts or financial accounting on open book contracts
- Experience creating financial literacy programs or 2 years’ experience in a previous financial role
- Liaising and working collaboratively with site managers, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Overseeing, monitoring, reviewing and vetting costs for construction buildout design plans against quantity requirements,
- Gathering and preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other necessary and relevant documents and forwarding them to the appropriate management or personnel
- Maintaining accurate project records and expenses by preparing reports, keeping accurate track of materials/assets and productivity tracking
- Gathering reports for clients and/or stakeholders on claimed executed work of contractors against confirming the stage of work accomplished and checking progress payments according to the accomplished work
