Key Responsibilities:
- Craft innovative and human-centered interactions across Client's digital platforms.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Client's omnichannel digital design system.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all digital assets.
- Help grow the enterprise design function, contributing to the development of playbooks and best practices.
- Collaborate with product teams, fellow designers and user researchers to develop Client interfaces.
- Work alongside developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of digital design experience.
- A robust portfolio showcasing your understanding of design principles.
- Proficiency in design systems, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools.
- Familiarity with user research and testing methodologies.
- Strong foundation in interaction design, visual design, and design optimization.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks.
- Expertise in responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Expertise in Agile methods and Design Thinking.
- Effective communication skills.
